"I have found this Programme enlightening, real and sometimes funny in a peculiar way as I recognise myself in some of the scenarios.
It provoked a number of feelings and thoughts which I thought I had let go of and move on from but clearly not if the still invoke unpleasant recollections.
It has also helped enormously with the realisation about the part I have played in sabotaging relationships and choosing the 'wrong' person and then not being able to get out of it and therefore not embracing it fully for what it is.
